Follow Our General Post Care Instructions
The first 24 hours after treatment is key. You'll want to avoid wearing headbands, hats, or bending over with your head down. Don't apply ice directly to your skin if there's swelling.
Depending on your treatment, avoid exercise until the bruising and swelling have healed. You want to prevent increased circulation to the affected areas and a prolonged healing process.
It’s recommended to take Tylenol or another over-the-counter pain relief medication to alleviate discomfort. Speak with our team if you have any concerns.
Avoid consuming any alcohol, foods, supplements, or medications while you heal, unless it’s medically necessary. You want to ensure your bruising and swelling heals quickly.
